Refolding of recombinant proteins from inclusion bodies.

Project Description

In this project, the refolding mechanisms of target recombinant proteins from inclusion bodies will be studied. The candidate will be involved in upstream bioprocess development for production of target protein, development of purification methods downstream and also the development of protein characterization methods.

Skills in Bioreactor operation, HPLC analysis, protein characterisation techniques will be an advantage
